By this policy, our company, under the trade name NYNN S.A., having its registered seat in Greece, at 60 Zefyrou Str., Palaio Faliro, 17564, with G.C.R. No. 182916001000 (hereinafter the “Company”), provides to the visitors – users of the website www.nynn.co(the “Website”), information about the use of digital trackers (“Cookies”) on the Website. In particular, visitors – users are advised about the definition of Cookies, the categories of Cookies we install, the type of data they collect, the purpose and the recipients to whom this data may be transferred. Also, by this policy visitors – users are advised about their ability to accept or decline and delete Cookies, depending on the type thereof.

What is a ‘Cookie’

Visitors – users are advised that the Website uses Cookies. Upon entering the Website, Cookies are generated on the visitor’s – user’s electronic device. Cookies are small electronic files which are sent from a web location and stored on the visitor’s – user’s electronic device, allowing the identification of the particular device. Cookies by themselves do not identify individual visitors – users, but the electronic device used.

If the visitor – user visits the Website’s login page, a temporary Cookie will be set to determine if their browser accepts Cookies. This Cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when they close their browser.

Login Cookies last for two days and screen options Cookies last for a year. If the visitor – user selects “Remember Me”, their login will persist for two weeks.
